I recently got the honor to ask James Egozi some questions. He’s fresh off winning the 2026 Eurocup-3 Championship and just became the very first driver signed to Lando Norris’s new LN4 Fusion team for the 2027 season. Even with all the hype, he’s staying grounded, telling me, “It’s a massive honor, but it doesn’t change my goals.”
Q: If you had to describe your typical day in just 3 words what would they be?
A: Pretty damn exciting
Q: Outside of racing what’s one hobby or interest you have that would surprise fans?
A: I fish for sharks during my Miami visits (successfully usually).
Q: What would you consider your biggest struggle in your career?
A: Having to make my own path and learn on the go, not being from a racing background.

- James was hooked to racing ever since he was born!
- He really likes the pit bull on top of his helmet!
- He also noted that if there was one skill he could secretly steal from an F1 driver it would be Alonso’s longevity!
With a Eurocup-3 title under his belt along with 8 wins and 12 podiums, he’s definitely put his foot down in his junior motorsports career. He’s got so much potential and is one to watch in the upcoming season!
